Vice Chairman Duan visits AIIB office

CCPIT Tianjin Vice Chairman Duan Yimin visited Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) Office in Beijing and met with Ms. Laurel Ostfield, Head of Communication and Development of AIIB, on February 23 in Beijing.

Briefing the social and economic development of Tianjin and the city’s competitive industries, Vice Chairman Duan expounded the founding and the developing condition of PECC International Trade and Investment Fair & Forum on Chinese Enterprises Going Global Strategy, the yearly business promotional activity organized by CCPIT Tianjin, to Ms. Ostfield. Mr. Duan also extended AIIB officials an invitation to attend 2017 PECC fair and to make a speech in the Forum on Chinese Enterprises Going Global Strategy in this May.   

Ms. Ostfield showed a keen interest in Mr. Duan's invitation and discussed the PECC fair in detail with Mr. Duan. She said AIIB looked forward to publicizing its functions through PECC fair in a bid to facilitate Tianjin businessmen to get better understanding on AIIB and the its role in Belt and Road initiative.
