World Intelligent Congress powers Tianjin’s quality development with increasing investments

The fifth World Intelligent Congress (WIC) will be staged in Tianjin from May 20 to 23. It will consist of forums, exhibitions, competitions and experience zones designed to show the latest intelligent developments and their applications.

The international intelligent gala has provided a venue for players to exchange and find cooperation partners.

It is estimated that over 200 agreements worth more than 100 billion yuan($15.54 billion) will be reached during the upcoming fifth WIC.

Companies from Beijing and Hebei are expected to contribute 80 percent of the investment, and 21 foreign-funded contracted projects with a total investment of $2.42 billion are envisioned.
