Department of Human Resources

1. To manage and delvelop human resources of CCPIT-Tianjin and make draft rules on personnel management plans.
      2. To be in charge of the employment, personnel assignment, evaluation of technical and professional credentials and ablities of the staff, the assessing and training employees, the management of statistics and personal archives as well as the handling of issues including medical expenses of employees and family planning. 
      3. To administrate wages and bonuses, accumulation fund and social and medical insurances.
